We reserve the right to verify order information and refuse or cancel orders in cases of incorrect customer information, abnormal order behavior, payment failure, inventory shortage, suspected fraud, or system technical errors.

All product prices displayed on the solacev website are final and transparent. No hidden fees, handling fees, or additional charges will be applied. Consistent with our shipping policy, all products are 100% duty-free and tax-free for global customers. Customers only need to pay the displayed product price and corresponding shipping fees. 🚚 Order Processing & Delivery Rules
All verified paid orders will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We provide global shipping services with two standard delivery options:

📦 Product Description & Quality Standard
All products sold by solacev are brand new, genuine, and meet international quality and safety standards. We strive to ensure that all product pictures, parameters, descriptions, and functional introductions are accurate and true to the actual items. Minor color differences, slight size deviations, or visual subtle differences caused by shooting light, screen resolution, and manual measurement do not affect product performance and do not constitute quality problems.

Customers can apply for free order cancellation before the goods are shipped. Once the order enters packaging and shipping procedures, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. If solacev actively cancels an order due to inventory shortage, system error, or abnormal transaction risks, we will provide a full and timely refund to the customer.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in original packaging with complete accessories.
